Changhua County. Known as the "Taiwan Rice Store", it is located in the central part of Taiwan's main island. It borders Nantou County to the east by the Bagua Mountain Range, borders the Taiwan Strait to the west, and Zhuoshuixi and Yunlin County to the south. Changhua County ranks first in Taiwan’s population. It is also the only county with a population of over one million. The topography of Changhua County is dominated by plains. The north is the Changhua Plain, and the south is the Zhuoshui River Alluvial Plain. The county is often referred to as the Zhongchangtou area with Taichung City and Nantou County, or with Yunlin County, Chiayi City, Chiayi County, etc. The three counties and cities are collectively called the Zhangyunjia area.
